Your Body's Innate Healing Powers

The earth, universe, and our own bodies offer an abundance of energy we can use to “charge up” our internal life-force energy (Qi) to feel more alert, energized, and inspired in everyday life.

Qi Gong helps us tap into Qi to heal ourselves. Gentle, flowing exercises remove blockages and balance the flow of energy within channels called, "Meridians". As blockages are removed and energy flows freely within these channels, our body can now do what it does best: heal itself naturally.
