Below you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to progress as a Holden QiGong student with product recommendations for each Level of practice.

The Learning Pathway is presented in Levels to keep your ascension organized, but there is no single path to wellness. Your journey will be unique. We encourage you to explore and discover your optimal practice along the way.

Level One

At this level, you don’t have to know anything about Qi Gong. You only need a willingness to start your journey to improved health and wellness. We begin by exploring how to move your body in a meditative way with the Learning Series programs.

The Learning Series

Through gentle and rhythmic movement, you give yourself a natural energy boost, calm your mind, and deepen your connection to nature. The Learning Series is a collection of five programs focusing on concepts and movements of Qi Gong for new practitioners. Each program has a 20-minute routine, and an extended, 40-minute routine to create a strong foundation for your continued practice.

The Healing Series

The Healing Series is a collection of 12 programs focused on addressing specific health topics like Anxiety. Heart Health, High Blood Pressure, Back, and Neck Pain relief. At just $27, these programs deliver healthy, lasting relief for less than a single doctor's visit copay.

Qi Gong Workshops

Elevate your learning with Qi Gong Workshops. Join Lee for an in-depth training session with purpose. Workshops are more comprehensive opportunities to address specific needs and goals, or learn a brand new Qi Gong form, and build a stronger practice foundation.

Lee offers live workshops several times per year. Each workshop is recorded and available on-demand whenever you want or need it. Choose from 40 different workshops.
Congratulations! You've Completed Level 1 when...
You can do a 20-minute routine without stopping, you are practicing at least once per week, and you've completed a Qi Gong Workshop.

Level Two: Video Class Subscriber

Now that you've been practicing for a month or two, your enjoying the energy you feel. At Level Two, building a consistent practice is the goal. This is a great time to add Live Video Classes to your growing set of Qi Gong wellness tools.

Lee hosts Live, Virtual Classes every week to keep your routine fresh, fun, and sustainable. Lee is at his best when he's teaching Live, and the Holden QiGong community is inspiring.

The Video Class Subscription is a monthly subscription where you get access to live and recorded classes with Lee. It’s the best way to deepen your Qi Gong practice over the long-run because you’ll get up to three new routines each week… plus you get to practice with the rest of the community (if you want to) during the live streamed classes.
Way to Go! You've completed Level Two when...
You can sense subtle energy shifts in your body/energy system. You have an established practice of at least two routines a week for at least twenty minutes. You are a VCS member.

Level Three

The focus in Level Three is to increase your ability to sense subtle energy shifts in your body and learn to interpret them. Deepening your life-force energy sensitivity by practicing consistently and staying on track.

This is an excellent time to explore online courses, like the Five Elements. The Five Elements Online Course is a healing framework you can use to recognize imbalances in your body, mind, emotions, and spirit… and heal them.

This also an excellent time to consider the Holden QiGong Teacher Certification Program. The Five Elements Online Course is one of core the requirements for teacher certification.

Program Recommendations:

Terrific! You've completed Level Three when...
You understand basic Five Element Theory. You’ve explored at least one “named” Qi Gong form like White Crane or Five Animal Frolics. You’ve maintained your practice for at least six months.

Level Four

This is when things get really fun. Here you start learning to control Qi flow in your body.

You understand your energy on a subtle level, but here you learn how to control your Qi and move it on demand. This ability to move Qi on command catapults your practice and your inner healing potential.

This the perfect opportunity to dive into the Three Treasures course. In the Three Treasures Online Course, you will learn a complete system for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health using nothing but healing Qi Gong movements.

Program Recommendations:

You're doing great! You've completed Level Four when...
You can explain Five Element Theory and the Three Treasures to a friend and answer their questions. You’ve taken at least two of the courses listed above and are maintaining a consistent practice.

Level Five

You’ve practiced for twelve months or more. At this level you have taken most of our programs. You look forward to new releases of Live Workshops and Courses, and regularly revisit your library to keep your practice evolving.
Qi Gong has become a major part of your life, and you likely share the practice with just about anyone who will listen.

Now you are a true expert at working with Qi. You can feel subtle energy shifts in your body and with a simple meditation or Qi Gong routine, completely transform your mood, your energy, and your mindset.
