How I “Discovered” Yin Yang Qi Gong
I was out in the woods, absorbing the energy of the forest and practicing alone while on a retreat.
When I’m by myself, I just practice. I don’t try to do any specific movements. I simply do what my body naturally wants to do.
During this moving meditation, the yin yang symbol appeared in my mind. As I thought about it and let its energy flow into my practice, these movements spontaneously came to me.
After allowing my body to do what it naturally wanted to, I started to organize the movements into sequences, and a new style of Qi Gong was born.
I’m delighted to bring you Yin Yang Qi Gong.
