Many people lose mobility as they age.
When they lose mobility, they become prone to dangerous falls. In fact, falls are the leading cause of death and injury in seniors 65 and up.

In the Qi Gong for Better Balance Workshop, you will build strength in your legs and feet through a variety of Qi Gong-based balance exercises, chair exercises, and fluid Qi Gong flows. You will also cultivate emotional balance by connecting to the energy of the Earth.
