On January 21st at 11 a.m. Pacific, join Lee Holden for a lively online celebration of the release of his transformative new book, Ready, Set, Slow!

‍Lee will share his inspiration behind the book, read a few passages, and lead a guided exercise from the book. He’ll also answer your questions about the book: from his writing process to how its teachings can help you bring more peace, balance, and intention into your life right now.
